DEQ is proposing that the Environmental Quality Commission adopt revisions to the air quality permitting, Heat Smart, and clean diesel grant and loan rules at the Mar. 19/20, 2014 EQC meeting. These include proposed changes to statewide particulate matter standards and the pre-construction permitting program, along with a number of other rule revisions. DEQ is asking interested persons to provide comment on the proposed rules during the public notice period Oct. 1 through Nov. 20. Public hearings will be held on Nov. 18.
