DEQ extends the public comment period for proposed
air quality permitting, Heat Smart, and gasoline dispensing facility updates from Aug. 14, 2014 to Aug. 28, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. to provide additional time for comment. Visit DEQ’s website for the proposed rules and more information: www.oregon.gov/deq/RulesandRegulations/Pages/2014/aqperm.aspx.
DEQ plans to present the rules to EQC for decision in Jan. 2015.
