At its November 5, 2014 meeting, EQC adopted rules increasing Water Quality Permitting fees. The increased fees are explained in the attachments to this email. These fee increases are exempt from DAS approval under ORS 291.055(2)(L) because the fees were anticipated in the legislatively approved and adopted DEQ budget.
