DEQ adopted temporary revisions to air quality greenhouse gas permitting rules to address the June 23, 2014 U.S. Supreme Court ruling. The ruling invalidated portions of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s greenhouse gas regulations known as the Tailoring Rule.
