Hi Andrea,
There wasn’t a change – the commissioners moved the recommendation as presented during the slides (so, they didn’t read the text verbatim, but it’s in the record – and Larry K. confirmed – so their motion was fine to do as a reference) their motion was different than the text of the addendum.
I can double-check, too, but my notes don’t indicate any revisions.
