The updated agenda is attached - please note that some times have changed due to scheduling needs, and please let me know ASAP if there is any issue with the changes or I have created a timing issue for you or your staff. Also, please let me know (if you haven't already) if you will be joining us for the social dinner on Wednesday evening. We have space held at Brasserie Montmartre (626 SW Park, about a five minute walk from the office, menu here: http://brasseriepdx.com/menus/dinner/) for a 6 p.m. reservation. This event is social, optional and self-pay and open to commissioners, staff, significant others, friends and anyone else who cares to join us! I need a total count for the restaurant by mid-day tomorrow (Tuesday, 3/18) as reservation confirmation - I do know some folks will be able to stop in and say hello/stay for a short while but do not intend to stay for dinner. I can provide that information to the restaurant, and they are always happy to have our business for a beverage even if you can't stay for the meal. Thanks for those who have already confirmed. I look forward to seeing you later this week, and wanted to pass along some recent updates and other information. The updated agenda is attached, and you will see that some items have been rescheduled but that the overall timing (start at 8:30 a.m. both days, done about 5 p.m. on Wednesday and 4 p.m. on Thursday) remain the same. Item B, the contested case, has been deferred pending a settlement among the parties, so you will not hear this case this week. If the settlement does not come to a final order, the case will be rescheduled for the June 18-19 EQC meeting. Lastly, I have not yet confirmed the dinner location for Wednesday, but ought to hear back later this morning and can provide that in a subsequent email. I will be sending you the director's report and a few sets of slides later today via email and posted links as final prep for the meeting.
