Hi, all.

The internal agenda for the upcoming commission meeting is attached. You'll see that we have a social dinner tentatively scheduled for Wednesday evening, starting around 6 p.m. (the meeting will be done between 5 and 5:30). The location for dinner is not final, and I am open to suggestions for places that are near the office (10 blocks of walking), fall generally within the per diem for folks on travel status ($33 for dinner) and can suit a larger group (12-15). Let me know if you have a preference, and if you intend to join the commission for a short hello/beverage or snack or stay for the full dinner.

I will confirm reservation time and location once I have a general count. This dinner is social and informal, self-pay and optional. Typically, it's been a collection of commissioners, staff and presenters, and it's more than open to any significant others or friends who may want to come along for the dinner and conversation. I understand that some folks may not be inclined or available for the evening social dinner, and it is truly optional and with no obligation.

Thanks, and have a great week!

- Stephanie
