FYI - Attached are copies of the letter and email we sent to LRAPA’s interested parties list about the proposal to add LRAPA rules to the SIP.

There are three rule packages:

· Open burning

· Permit streamlining

· Permitting requirements for NSR, PSD and national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants
