I figured that would happen with some and some of the US mail addresses inevitably will get returned. I know of at least two sources that closed in the past few weeks.

Robbye, Today we began the comment period on the LRAPA rules. Of the 311 email addresses I got from you (interested parties and permit holders), a ton of them bounced back as non-deliverable. I’m guessing these people no longer work at the facilities. Want me to forward the bounce backs to you, so you can update LRAPA’s contact lists?
