Thanks for following up as it seems this never made it through to me. What you propose – 1 file that is navigable – would be great. In the past we have received lots of files which can get confusing.

Hi Justin, I don’t see an email back about this… For the main submittal document, can I create a PDF document, which has bookmarks for the reader to travel through the document?

Subject: Document functionality

Justin,

What type of functionality is required in the documents we submit for a SIP update? Would I submit the materials on a disc, similar to what you see in the attachment? (Some documents in Word and most in PDF) (Plus necessary hard copies). Margaret recalls that DEQ once used MS Word functions that made it possible for EPA to be able to navigate through the Word document. The attached is a screenshot of the folder containing a previous submittal. No Word functions are apparent, but careful naming of documents would allows navigation.

Thanks,

Andrea Curtis
