Let’s go with Wednesday, Jan. 22nd at 5:30pm for the hearing. This changes our close of comment deadline to Jan. 27. Thanks everyone!

Robbye and all:

My first choice of the dates mentioned would be January 22nd, especially if Max is available to be the presiding officer, but I am available as backup.

If it needs to be the 21st, and Max is not available, I could be the presiding officer.

The 23rd would be difficult for me. But as long as you and Max are available on that date, it should be workable.

January 22 or 23 at that time is preferable.

Thanks,

Max

Andrea:

I'm scheduled to be on vacation from January 9 through the 20th. I could do just about any other day or perhaps Merlyn could be presiding officer that day.

Merlyn: What do you prefer?

Thanks,

Max

Max,

I’m wrapping up DEQ’s rulemaking proposals to add LRAPA’s rules to the SIP. Your help filling out DEQ’s Notice document was incredibly helpful.

Could LRAPA hold a hearing on January 13? What time do you prefer? Are you and Merlyn both available? I could remove your names and instead say “LRAPA staff”. We typically hold hearings after close of business, but this is not a requirement. Considering this is a noncontroversial and low-interest rulemaking, a hearing during the workday afternoon would be okay.

This is the information we would publish about the hearing:
