Margaret,
Would it be possible to see if they have a pdf from a few weeks or month later for Division 264?
The document provided does appear to have the right rules, however they do not have the effective dates at the end of each rule “DEQ 21-2000, f & cert. ef. 12-15 .00.” Let me know if that makes sense / is possible.
As for notations, it is ideal not to have them, but I think we could clean them up if need be for these purposes.

I had the Secretary of State’s Office pull the file on the 2000 open burning rules and send a pdf of the rules, which is attached. (State archives are in Salem and I’m in Portland.) While the rules don’t say draft, they have some handwritten print instructions on the original. I don’t know why! Is this going to be a problem? Do you want me to white out the handwritten notes and then re-scan. Take a look and let me know.

As you know, the Oregon Open Burning Rules Final Rule was recently published and will be effective May 28. For some upcoming actions I will need to get a clean version of Division 264 from that early 2001 period. From what you told me, that would likely require going across the street and copying/pdfing that division from that period. It would be ideal if I could get that by the end of May. Additionally, if you have a MS Word (or equivalent) of that Division on file that would be nice to have as well.
