Hi Wendy,

Just a heads up that there is a good chance (70%) that the LRAPA rulemaking will be ready to go the EQC for adoption in April, 2008. This is a unique rulemaking in that Lane Regional Air Protection Agency and DEQ are jointly needing to adopt this rule. LRAPA anticipates adoption by their board in February, then the rule will be coming to the EQC for their adoptions - we anticipate in April.

More later, but please put it on the April EQC agenda tentatively.
