DEQ as
a state agency, has the same requirements for noticing rulemakings as other
agencies. We did revise one of our reporting forms that is specific to
DEQ. That change was made in February 2008.
I will
send that new form, a list of, and explanations generally about DEQ's public
notice requirements before I head home this afternoon.

Merrie informs me that the DEQ has new additional
requirements for EQC rule processing. Would you please provide a list of
those additional requirements and the effective date of their
implementation.
