Oregon’s Secretary of State only files Oregon Administrative Rules, therefore does not accept local municipality rule amendments. The rules and maintenance plan were adopted by Lane Regional Air Protection Agency’s Board of Directors and Oregon Environmental Quality Commission. These rules are being submitted to EPA in order to show a complete account of the rulemaking package.
