Dear Mr. Ebersole,

My name is Amy Goldlust and I am regulatory counsel at Stateside Associates. As counsel, I monitor regulatory developments and rulemakings that are important to my clients.

I'm wondering if the Environmental Quality Commission came to a decision on the proposed rules to implement Federal Emission Guidelines and if you are aware if the Commission also came to a decision to Incorporate LRAPA rules into the State Implementation Plan. The Commission was supposed to vote to approve both of these items at its meeting held on 3/19-20/2014.

Any information or feedback you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
