Stephanie,

I put the four documents that need merged with the LRAPA staff reports here.

I’m happy to do the merge, but it’s probably obvious what needs to happen, and you might choose to do it yourself. We need to:

· Merge “Open Burning Rules adopted by LRAPA in 2008” to the open burning staff report

· Merge “Permit Streamlining Rules adopted by LRAPA in 2008” and ” Permit Streamlining Rules adopted by LRAPA in 2010” to the permit streamlining staff report

· Merge “Permitting Requirements Rules adopted by LRAPA in 2011” to the permitting requirements staff report

If you do it yourself, double check the last pages of each staff report in Word beforehand. I think I included a header for the adopted LRAPA rules that we’ll want to edit or remove before doing the merge.

Please review the staff reports for our LRAPA rulemakings.

The three rulemakings are scheduled for the March EQC meeting. They incorporate LRAPA rules into the Oregon State Implementation Plan, including rules for:

· Open burning

· Permit streamlining

· Permitting requirements

The three staff reports are in the Review category on SharePoint.

Please contact me before sending the reports to the commission. We need to attach a PDF to each one.
