Attached are the SOS Notices of Proposed Rulemaking and the Statement of Need and Fiscal and Economic Impact for the 4 bundled groups of rulemakings. I used the previous documentations submitted at the time of each rulemaking to create these new ones. Let me know if these are ok or if changes are required.

Included are:

· Title 47 – Open Burning – March 2008

· Permit Program (Industrial) Streamlining Rulemaking – October 2008 (referred to attachment A and B in the Fiscal Impact Statement so they are included but a bit dated)

· Industrial Streamlining Corrections – January 2010

· PM2.5/GHG/NSR – April 2011

I plan to upload all the rules associated with the rulemakings and make a linkable announcement to each.

It sounds like DEQ will do the govblast email for the notification of stakeholders. We will post an announcement on our website.

Please let me know what else is needed at this time to get this in the Bulletin by Tuesday.

Thanks. Have a nice weekend.
