Congratulations! The Diesel Grants rule is now filed and effective. Proof of SOS filing and Legislative Counsel submittal is in the attached document. If you look at the bookmarks in the attached PDF, you’ll notice the official record is in the same order as the list below. This makes it easier to do research. (You don’t need to save the attachment to the record.) Together, we will continue to finalize this part of the record as indicated in below. After I audit the rest of the record, I may ask for more documentation.
Here are some changes in the location for this rulemaking.
Rule_Development The Diesel Grants rulemaking documents are now in Filed Rules under a folder labeled using the certificate and order number DEQ 3-2014 DieselGrants.
SharePoint The SharePoint sub site for Diesel Grants is ready to retire. All major versions of documents will move from SharePoint to \\deqhq1\Rule_Development\Filed Rules\DEQ 3-2014 DieselGrant\SharePointAtClose. The folders will look the same as they did on SharePoint unless there are duplicate/identical records in both locations. If you have any concerns about the timing for this move, please let me know.
Web page The Diesel Grants rulemaking on the external Web page will move from Rulemaking Proposals to Filed Rules: 2014 under the certificate and order number DEQ 3-2014. We’ll be adding information such as audio and minutes from the EQC meeting and a link to the May Bulletin to that location as it becomes available.
