Please review the staff report for the permanent diesel grant rules, specifically pages 9-14. We received no comments on these rulemakings. Because there is no new information about these rulemakings, compared to what was approved for the public notice, please don’t modify the staff reports except to correct typographical errors, and let me know if you’re concerned about any of the content. 99% of these reports cannot be revised at this point.
