Hello all,

Please review the Invitation to Comment, Public Notice and Webpage announcement for the public notice phase of the proposed permanent diesel grant rules. This should be very similar to what was reviewed for the temporary diesel grant rules you reviewed earlier. These documents have been updated to reflect the needs of public notice documents.
