The newspaper ad is to be published in the Oregonian on December 18, 2013, charged to Q Time established for this rulemaking (43692). The ad and the other notice documents, i.e., GovDelivery and webpage, can be found on the SharePoint page here, http://deqsps/programs/rulemaking/aq/dieselgrantP/docs/4-Public%20Notice. You have reviewed these documents earlier and I have made changes you suggested.

Since the hearing will be after hours, we will be hiring a guard. We will need your approval for the requisition, which can be accomplished with an affirmative reply to this email and copying all.
