Kevin,

A remaining step for the Temporary Diesel Grant rulemaking is to verify that Secretary of State published the rules correctly - Please compare the changes that EQC adopted (word-for-word) to what SOS published here.

This is not urgent, but we can’t close the rulemaking out until this is done. SOS hand-enters each rule change, and there have been cases where they made errors (minor errors such as spelling errors and major errors such as leaving an entire rule out). I’d be happy to answer, and find answers, to any questions you have.
