Hello, commissioners!

I hope you are well in this new year, and look forward to seeing (or hearing) you next week for the special meeting. That meeting is scheduled for 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 24. We will have space for people to attend in-person in Portland and toll-free conference call line for commissioners to participate from afar at their convenience. If it’s easier, we can also have you link in from a DEQ office for the call.

This email includes the staff report and two attachments compiled into a “binder” and the staff’s presentation slides. All materials are in PDF format, so please let me know if you have compatibility issues and I can send a different format. We had not intended to send paper copies for the one-item meeting, but I am very happy to prep and mail those copies today if you require or prefer paper for your review.

To make sure we have a suitable space for the meeting, please let me know if you plan to attend in-person or by phone. I will be sending the conference call specifics, and physical location information, in a second email later this week.
