This was a last-minute change requested by DOJ. We forgot to update the staff report (had already been submitted to the Director’s office) but mentioned it to the EQC and included it in our Power point presentation attached under the slide “implementation”. The change was also included in the red-lined rules attached to the staff report.

Hi Jenny,

For the division 11/12 rulemaking, neither the notice or staff report show 340-012-0027 as one of the rules repealed; however, the SOS bulletin shows that we repealed this rule. Did you have a document provided to EQC at the meeting showing this addendum?
