Though I’m done with my review (line 293) of the documents, the Notice Package is not ready to go out on July 15 since some documents are still in Rough Draft. The schedule has not been updated because we are just now getting to rows 288-299 of the schedule. I looked in the committee minutes and could not find where the committee reviewed the fiscal. I know you or Les said they had input during the meeting but I couldn’t find it. Also, they haven’t seen the draft fiscal (row 289) that I just reviewed. The preview in rows 301-304 of the schedule is part of the Kaizen and one of the reasons EMT agreed to push most rulemaking decisions to the division level. I do not want to slide around this commitment.
As we’ve talked about many times, we are required to keep all rulemaking records on Rule_Development or SharePoint. I looked in the record to determine if I was missing something but the record is still very sketchy. For example, I couldn’t find where the advisory committee had input into the fiscal or how we involved DEQ staff.
I’ll be back on July 15.

Okay – thanks. I don’t know if the others that are ahead of us are on the same timeline, but we are submitting to the SOS on 7/15, so if we don’t have your review today, given your vacation, we won’t be submitting and our EQC dates will be moved. It’s quite the domino effect! As an alternative plan, would Stephanie Caldera be able to review and approve in your absence?
Andrea – I know you were working with Jenny on the Div. 200 SIP part. Is there any way you could upload that to the rulemaking page? If not, could you email it to Maggie for her review? Thank you so much for your help!!!
