Jenny, If it works for you, let’s talk Tuesday morning. I want to find out a couple things from you. Has someone in your program had any contact with EPA about this rulemaking affecting the SIP? I see that Justin Spenillo at EPA has been the EPA contact for previous Division 12 rulemaking SIP submittals. Also, what does the Division 12 rulemaking do? What about that rulemaking makes it part of the SIP? I see one rule in Division 12 (340-012-0038) references the SIP. EPA requests that we get their unofficial approval of a SIP rulemaking before we put the rules on public notice.
