Jenny,

To help us get (unofficial) approval of the Division 12 rule changes for the SIP, before the public notice, please send the rule changes to Paul Koprowski for review and ask him whether he’ll run the rules by EPA’s attorney.

Yesterday, I spoke with Paul and the EPA SIP coordinator about the Division 12 rulemaking. The SIP coordinator will get back to me with an EPA project manager for this rulemaking. They asked that you send the latest version of the rules to Paul for review. I think Paul will run the rules by the EPA attorney, but you could verify that in your message to him.
