The hearings officer was Aron Borok. No one attended the hearing and no oral testimony was provided. No written comments were submitted. The department convened the rulemaking hearing on the proposal referenced above at 6:00 p.m. Andrea Matzke from DEQ was there to provide a presentation; however, she did not give the presentation, as no one was in attendance. Aron Borok closed the hearing at 6:30 p.m.
