I could probably do more editing, but this is a case of good enough given scheduling. I think there is just too much information in general and a bit of repeating things. I tried to reduce the repeats. And language was sometimes inconsistent from one doc to the next for the same concept, so I tried to point that out as well.

Our preference is to have a maximum of 2 pages but they go as long a 6 pages, especially with AQ. I’ve put this battle on the back burner until we get an agency rules group in place.
