Clean Diesel Grant Program Alignment with Federal Guidelines – Temporary Rule

 

The EQC adopted temporary rules that authorize DEQ to administer diesel grants under broader federal project eligibility guidelines to fund a wider range of projects than allowed under state guidelines.
