Notes:
- Use the publication numbers on documents to get the most recent electronic file from OCO. Check to make sure the OCO file is the same version of the form as what is posted on the website. They May Not Match!!!
- To get a new publication number for forms etc. use the Publications Tracking Form http://deq05/intranet/communication/publications.htm
- Provide Stephanie with 1-2 weeks lead time for website updates prior to the effective date of fee increase.
- DEQ has two computer servers so revisions to websites can be completed in advance and then posted on the effective date of fee increases. The update to websites occurs manually (i.e. a button needs to be pushed). This can have implications if the effective date of the rulemaking falls on a weekend.
- Complete as many items as possible before the EQC meeting.
