The Conversion Technology Rulemaking Web Page has been updated and now includes these documents for your review in preparation for the next meeting. Workgroup members - please review these, and come prepared to discuss them on June 4th.

Please note that the rule language above amends existing rules or adds new language to Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) Chapter 340, Divisions 93 and 96. For your convenience, complete, current versions of OAR Divisions 93 and 96 are found here: Division 93 (Solid Waste General Provisions) and Division 96 (Solid Waste: Special Rules for Selected Disposal Sites).
We are still developing the agenda. It will be posted as soon as possible.
Proposed amendments to fee rules are in early development stage and will be posted in time for discussion at the subsequent workgroup meeting.
