Brian – just talked to Alan Anderson – plant manager

He had good news. They are in their 21^st day of continuous operation!!!. They have been running primarily wood chips (they buy them from the poplar farm down the road on I-84) but have begun to blend in MRF fines from a MRF in PDX that runs commingled curbside recyclables. They hope to get up to a 50/50 mix during this run. Down the road they would like to be at an 80/20 or 90/10 mix MRF fines to wood waste.

Hopefully that is helpful. He is more than willing to discuss this with your group if you need additional information. I assume you already have Jeff’s number. Alan’s number is 713-394-2162
