Hi Wendy
You had suggested that we meet individually with some of the CT rule commentors. They requested meeting as a group. Your thoughts on how to proceed?
Thanks

Brian, Peter,
The pyrolysis folks are requesting a meeting with us as a group. I think we should schedule this for later next week or early the following week. I’ll draft up a permitting flow chart for the CT Rules, including the exemption pathways. Sound good? If so I’ll look at calendars and propose some dates. bb

Hi Bob,
When I had the pleasure of visiting with you at the Capitol a couple weeks ago, and we talked briefly about where things are at with CT Rulemaking, you mentioned that you'd be contacting people who had submitted comments in the not-too-distant future. I wanted to follow up on that, and suggest that perhaps a small group meeting with ORRA, WM, Agilyx, and Agri-Plas might be a good idea. I think we may have discussed that as a possibility when we spoke, and I have since talked with WM (Matt Stern and Kimberly Shanley), and Kristan, and they agree that it might be a most effective use of everyone's time, since it sounds like many of us expressed similar concerns in our comments.
Let me know what you think, when you have a moment to consider?
Hope all is well with you, and that you are enjoying this beautiful spring sunshine!
Regards,
Laura
