Your request has been approved for the use of the ODF conference room on Monday, September 17, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prior to occupying the room, you will need to come to the front counter to pick up a check-out list.
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
· The first three parking spaces are to remain open for ODF business. If anyone is parked in these spaces, please request they move their vehicle.
· We do not take messages other than emergencies only; these will be posted on the message board.
· If you are serving food, you will be responsible for returning any food/dishes to your provider and for removing all garbage when you leave. Keep in mind no hot foods are allowed.
· ODF is not responsible for making copies or providing supplies; please come prepared.
· Should it become necessary to cancel your meeting, please contact us as soon as possible so that other requests may be considered.
If you need to access the room prior to 2:00 p.m. in order to set up, etc., advance notice/approval is required.
If you have any questions, just give me a call. Otherwise, we’ll see you in September.

I believe that I was told Monday was available and on the phone I was gung ho for Wednesday. Until I realized I have scheduled a hearing for Thursday morning in Roseburg. Please let me know if this is available and if not I can probably jockey some other hearings around.
