I heard from some of you that have commented on the attached rule, thank you for your comments. Those who have not commented, please let me know if you have any comments by the end of the day tomorrow, July 67, 2012.

I would like to also schedule our conference call for next week Wednesday August 1, from 9-10am or Thursday at 10-11am or 1-2pm. this meeting will be to go over the revised rule with all the members as it is being finalized for the Public Notice.

Hello all,

The last few weeks, I have been working on the public notice package for the operator certification rulemaking. As part of the package, I have included all the last advisory committee meeting input regarding the rule and attached the document. Please review the document and let me know of any comments. After I get comments from the group, I will be schedule the conference call as discussed in our last meeting. Public Notice is set to start on the 21^st of August for this rulemaking.
