Genet,

I know that I replied earlier with all acceptable but will mention this again as I first did when fees were discussed. Any fee increase will likely receive criticism from utilities and cities. Also, as a general practice of concept, OAWU opposes expanded or new rules and fee increases unless they are reasonable and justified. I believe these increases acceptable and amendments good.

I will be at a work session on the first without cell or other communication services until about 3:00.

Hello all,

The last few weeks, I have been working on the public notice package for the operator certification rulemaking. As part of the package, I have included all the last advisory committee meeting input regarding the rule and attached the document. Please review the document and let me know of any comments. After I get comments from the group, I will be schedule the conference call as discussed in our last meeting. Public Notice is set to start on the 21^st of August for this rulemaking.
