DEQ convened the rulemaking hearing at 3 p.m. The Pendleton and Eugene offices connected by speakerphone to the Portland office where DEQ staff were prepared to record attendee comments. Manette Simpson, CWSRF program coordinator, attended the hearing from the Portland office where she was prepared to provide an informal information session prior to the formal hearing.

 

There were no attendees at the hearing at any of the three DEQ offices

 

DEQ concluded the public hearing at 3:38 p.m.
