This looks really good, I had just a few small comments. I assume you talked with the major industrial sources we mention here so they won't be surprised by the cost estimates.. yes?

I won’t be able to look at the rest of the rule package, but I trust it’s all good. Just take a last pass to see if today’s developments about the forestry and ag burning agreements affects any of the language in our documents. It’s good to go to Andy, and thanks for all your great work!!!
