Attached is a second letter (“PPGA public comment re propane numbers for OR Clean Fuels Program rules”) from the Pacific Propane Gas Association (PPGA) in regard to more accurate numbers for tables in the proposed administrative rules for the Oregon Clean Fuels Program. We also attached our first letter, which you had already received, for your reference.
The second letter references a 2009 study called Propane Reduces Greenhouse Gas Emissions. It is also attached.
