Subject: Meeting Dates : E-Cycles Rulemaking

Thank you for your responses to the doodle poll regarding meeting dates for the E-Cycles Registration Fee rulemaking.

The second meeting of the Advisory Committee will be Friday, January 13, from 9 – 12 at 811 SW 6^th Avenue, Portland in Room EQC A on the 10^th floor, or remotely via iLinc. The iLinc information and call in number will be sent in a second email as soon as it is made available to us.

At the beginning of this meeting, we will discuss the E-Cycle database development for those interested in that issue. It will be followed by discussion of alternative registration fee models. We will notify you in early January when the meeting agenda and additional materials are posted on the rulemaking webpage.

A third meeting of the Advisory Committee is scheduled for Thursday, January 26, from 9 to Noon.
