All –
The E-Cycles registration fee rules are adopted. Before we can send out the 2012 Supplemental Registration Fee Invoices, those rules must be filed with the Secretary of State. The process for that filing is this:
Maggie prepares the packet for SOS and sends it via state shuttle on Friday, June 22, 2012. In shuttle box pending pick up
Maggie sends an e-mail to SOS on Friday, letting them know of our need to have this officially filed ASAP. 100% Complete
Maggie gets notification from SOS when the filing is complete. Follow up with phone call on Monday
Maggie sends Certified notice to Legislative Counsel on Wednesday
Maggie lets all of us know when that is done.
Mary and Christie work with the BO get the 2012 Supplemental Registration Fee Invoices mailed by the end of next week.
