Here is a public comment assembled by a group of students at the

University of Oregon regarding the revisions that the DEQ is seeking to

the west division main canal with regards to the beneficial uses and

water quality. We support your decision to request the revisions and we

hope to see them go through. We hope our comment can give a little

perspective and an outside angle on the requested revisions. Thank you
