Remove the J.C. Boyle dam on the Klamath river! It would most certainly comply with the Clean Water Act, as it's returning this wonderful river to it's natural state, so of course it would comply, keeping it destroys the surroundings, what are you thinking? s water quality certification for the project should be honored! The dam should be removed and a federal license or permit should be honored / given for sure!
