I could start this with "To whom it may concern", but passing legislation that protects our water means that it concerns all of us. I am asking you as a citizen of Oregon to adopt this measure for the following reasons:

1. Adopt the draft human health criteria for toxics based on the accurate fish consumption rate of 175 grams per day.

2. Limit the variance rule only to standards that are affected by this rulemaking.

3. Protect the citizens, not the corporations.
