Goals: Further clarify the scope of the rulemaking; identify paths to toxics reduction by non-NPDES sources and, discuss/identify a process for addressing issues that are beyond the scope of the rulemaking project.

• Share DEQ’s initial calculation of Human Health Water Quality Criteria based on a fish consumption rate of 175 grams/person/day.
