I would like the DED to be less intrusive in our lives and let us go about the task of creating jobs in Oregon. With all the current rules and regulations you have imposed, you are making it very difficult to justify expanding our businesses.

Business is not in existence to fund your operations, we are in business to create jobs and produce products for Oregon. I don’t see the rational in your proposal. It sounds like another way for you to further your reason for existence.

I guess you missed the part about our budget short fall. You are trying to expand an agency that is overly intrusive and should be downsizing.
