You know me with many "hats". One is as a licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator for the past 20+ years. As part of the continuing education requirements I`ve learned that some Oregon waters have detectable levels of pesticides above the allowable limits that are known to cause harm. These standards are set for individual pesticides. Very little work has been done to study the effects of combined pesticides. I think it was the Sandy River that has at least 10 pesticides detected with several above allowable. Aren`t you concerned that these in combination with some even below the allowable are likely to act together to increase risk?
We can`t ignore this high risk, even if there is economic fallout. It has been ignored too long already
