Dear Andrea Matzke,

Please note that my wife and I, Brad and Donna Hubbard are opposed to the increase in Water Quality Permit Fees. We believe the fees are too high now and that DEQ is trying to monitor too many development activities that have little or no impact on the environment. We believe Oregon should be reducing costs rather than increasing.
